Cancellations made the day of OR the day before your rehearsal will be charged the full price.
To avoid a charge, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled
time.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for all recording sessions. This deposit is
refundable if the session is canceled with at least 72 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 72
hours of the scheduled session will forfeit the deposit.
We’re located at the very end of Johnson Drive, in the last building on the right. If you’re at
LabCorp, head back out to the street, follow the road to the end, and you’ll find us there.
We offer safe and secure free street parking. The studio is located at the end of a private road,
providing convenient parking right outside the studio. We can even accommodate tour buses!
All of our rooms are equipped with a full backline. Including a PA system with a 12-channel
mixer, 2 guitar cabinets with amps, 1 combo amp, 1 bass cabinet with amp, and a full drum set
with a snare. Drummers should bring their own cymbals, or they can rent a set for $10 per
session. Keyboards are also available for rent at $10 per session.
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own amps, cabinets, or drum set. Just be mindful of
your setup and breakdown time. If you're using your own amps, let us help match the wattage
and ohms to our cabs so nothing gets blown.
Happy birthday to your drummer! We love a good celebration, but we kindly ask that no food be
brought into the rooms. A cooler with non-alcoholic drinks is totally fine, though.
We’re pretty flexible! If you’re looking to rehearse or record outside of our listed hours, just let us
know in advance. With enough lead time, we can usually make it work. Keep in mind that
off-hour rates may apply.
Yes! We offer multi-day bookings for bands preparing for tours or special events. You can set up
on the first day, leave your gear safely in the room locked overnight, and return to everything
just as you left it. Pricing for multi-day bookings is different from standard rates, so please reach
out for details. Also! Woodrock Studios is one of the only studios in the state that can
accommodate tour buses and tractor-trailers if needed.
Absolutely! The Stage Left Lounge is perfect for small gatherings of up to 25 guests. Whether
you're throwing an album release party or just want a space to share your music with friends
and family, we've got you covered. We've also hosted piano recitals and music school
showcases. The space is super versatile and can be set up for standing events or with
theater-style seating. The event rate for the Stage Left Lounge is $75/hour with a 3-hour

We only operate sessions with our in-house engineers to ensure the highest quality and
consistency across all projects. Our team is highly experienced and familiar with our equipment,
so you’ll always be in good hands. Unfortunately, we do not rent out the control room for
independent use.
